We are looking to employ an experienced Health professional who will provide advice and assistance to various operating divisions in relation to injury management, rehabilitation, and injury claims.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the provision of Health, Injury Management & Claims (HIMC) services through the HIMC team.
Coordinate activities to support and rehabilitate injured workers.
Lead and coordinate the delivery of HIMC services to customers; build long-term partnerships with customers such as medical practitioners, insurers, and internal staff and management.
Coordinate and administer HIMC processes in line with common law, workers' compensation guidelines, and other relevant policies and legislation.
Perform specific tasks and activities to ensure the workplace remains safe, including health & well-being programs and training/education programs.
Assist in the collation, analysis, and reporting of HIMC data.
What you'll bring:
Tertiary Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, OH&S, other allied health, or related areas are highly desirable.
Previous experience in injury management, workers' compensation, and rehabilitation claims management.
Ability to identify and manage HSE / HIMC risks and communicate to escalate to relevant stakeholders.
Intermediate capability to use MS Word, Excel, and a basic understanding of HSE Information Systems.
Ability to prepare management reports and follow Group procedures.
