The Role

As an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager, you will lead the entire AR function, ensuring efficient processing, compliance with regulations, and exceptional customer service. You will drive operational efficiency, optimize cash flow, and maintain alignment with ABN Group's high standards of financial integrity.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Standardize and streamline billing operations, maintaining scalability and efficiency across the business.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders in process improvement initiatives to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Oversee collections management procedures, ensuring strict adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Maintain compliance of customer data management processes with relevant privacy regulations and company policies, safeguarding sensitive information.
  • Facilitate responses to audit queries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Lead the maintenance and accuracy of customer master data, implementing verification protocols and conducting regular audits.

You

You possess a strong financial background, exceptional customer relationship management skills, and a proven track record in optimizing accounts receivable processes. You thrive in an environment where you can leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to improve financial processes, support the team, and ensure the company's financial health.

You are a proactive problem solver who can drive continuous improvement and lead by example. Your qualifications include proficiency in billing operations, customer data privacy regulations, financial systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365), data quality practices, accounting standards, period-end closing procedures, and auditing.
