Job Title: Senior Specialist Solution Architect

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and working on new business requirements.

  • Configure Kronos UKG Dimensions and WFC 8.1 and older versions as required.
  • Configure pay policies, accruals, and other modules.
  • Work with Kronos clocks using WDM and configure clocks.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with activities (knowledge of related activities is a plus).
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • A thorough understanding of UKG Dimensions and WFC 8.1 and older versions.
  • UKG Certifications are an added advantage.
  • Experience in configuring pay policies, accruals, and other modules.
  • Experience with Kronos clocks using WDM.
  • Strong communication skills.
