Subcontract Specialist Job

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to support complex supply chain requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with internal teams;
  • Maintain currency of existing subcontracts;
  • Manage subcontractor collaboration;
  • Develop solutions to procurement and subcontract issues;
  • Prepare contract documentation;
  • Manage subcontractor invoicing compliance;
  • Identify and mitigate risks; and
  • Ensure supply chain management corporate governance policies and procedures are met.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Three to five years' experience in contracts management or procurement;
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in law, business, or commerce;
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills;
  • Good working knowledge of contracting and procurement tasks and interdependencies;
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
