Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing next-generation mobility vehicles and software systems, bringing alternate transportation options to life.

You will work closely with business areas, vendor partners, and your team to develop and deliver BCAA's mobility and micro-mobility solutions. This includes enhancements, proofs of concept, and designs.

In addition, you will lead by example, design, implement, test, and debug software programs, and work closely with solution and data architects to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7 + years of experience in Business Systems Analysis or a related field.
  1. Front End: React/Redux, HTML5, CSS3, SASS
  2. Middle Tier: AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, RDS), NodeJS, ReactJS, Python, RESTful APIs, SaaS integrations
  3. Database: PostgreSQL
  4. DevOps & Tools: BitBucket , Azure DevOps, Jira
  5. Architecture: Microservices and event-driven architecture
  6. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 software (Excel)
  7. Expertise in data modeling using relational databases and advanced SQL skills.
  8. Familiarity with UML and various system development lifecycles (e.g., waterfall model, RUP, Agile) is essential.
  9. Proficient in formal software testing approaches and methodologies, with demonstrated experience in providing direction and coaching to others.
