Community Church Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Church Leader to join our team. As the face of our community, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our congregation, fostering a sense of belonging, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for all.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be working closely with our team to plan and deliver engaging worship services, develop and implement effective outreach programs, and provide pastoral care to our members.
- Worship Services: Plan and lead engaging worship services that cater to diverse needs and interests.
- Outreach Programs: Develop and implement effective outreach programs to engage with the local community and promote our church's mission.
- Pastoral Care: Provide spiritual guidance and support to our members, including counseling, prayer, and mentoring.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Theology, Ministry, or a related field.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leadership roles, preferably in a community or church setting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
