Graduate Civil Engineer Role

Overview
We are seeking a graduate civil engineer to join our land development team. The successful candidate will be involved in general civil engineering with a strong focus on urban development and land development for residential, industrial, regeneration, and urban infill projects.

Key Responsibilities:

The role involves working on major estate and subdivision projects, including earthwork, grading, pavement, and drainage design from concept through to detailed design. You will learn from long-tenured leaders and benefit from mentorship to grow with the team on a variety of projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Relevant degree qualification or near completion, preferably in engineering design, environmental science, planning, business advisory, sustainability, or digital innovation.
  • Demonstrating Arcadian skills: resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, growth mindset, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Innovative thinking, self-motivation, enthusiasm about driving your own career development, and confident communication and presentation skills.
