About the Role

As a key member of the Senior Finance Team, you will work closely with lead teams and senior managers to deliver value and drive business outcomes in a complex business environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial reports.
  • Compile product and customer profitability reports, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts, supporting strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, effectively communicating financial performance and trends.
  • Analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for cost savings and process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, driving innovation and growth.
About Your Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a finance or business-related field, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools, with knowledge of TM1 an added advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
