","About the Role

This is a fast-paced position that requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will be accountable for generating documentation for customer deliveries, supporting teams to resolve operational issues, and working closely with state logistics, manufacturing, and commercial teams to achieve site KPIs and compliance outcomes.

","Key Responsibilities
  • Generating all necessary documentation for Local Customer deliveries, Intra/Interstate Linehauls, and International Export requirements.
  • Supporting teams to resolve operational issues impacting the operation.
  • Responsible for day-to-day transport requirements, including invoicing and COR practices.
","Requirements
  • Experience in a Transport Dispatch, Allocation, or Logistics Admin role (FMCG experience highly desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of CoR compliance.
  • Microsoft Office suite (Outlook & Excel) proficiency.
  • SAP knowledge across despatch and transfer processes (desirable).
