About This Role

This role involves coordinating the movement of goods from one location to another. You will work closely with customers, transport contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Transportation Management: Utilize OTM and SAP systems to allocate orders efficiently, minimize transport costs, and ensure bookings are confirmed on customer portals.
  • System Maintenance: Identify and highlight system issues to managers and resolution teams for prompt action.
  • Delivery Coordination: Review delivery urgency and utilize other resources as needed to meet customer deadlines.
  • Problem Resolution: Collaborate with transport contractors and internal teams to resolve customer enquiries and provide exceptional service.
What We're Looking For
  • Transport Routing/Allocator Experience: Proven track record of managing transportation logistics and ensuring timely delivery.
  • SAP and OTM Knowledge: Familiarity with these systems and ability to utilize them effectively.
  • Geographical Knowledge: Understanding of Queensland's geography to optimize delivery routes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams.
