Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of 140 properties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and optimal rental income.
  • No Trust Accounting or Invoicing: Enjoy the benefit of no trust accounting or invoicing responsibilities, allowing you to focus on core property management duties.
  • Maintenance Order Processing: Efficiently process and follow up on maintenance orders, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • CMA Preparation: Prepare comprehensive CMA's (Comparative Market Analyses) for lease renewals, demonstrating your expertise in market analysis and negotiation.
  • Tenant Management: Manage arrears, conduct exit reports, and maintain excellent relationships with tenants and owners alike.
  • Rental Listings and Sign-Ups: Upload rental listings online, facilitate tenant sign-ups, and ensure seamless transaction processing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 Year Experience in Property Management: Leverage your extensive knowledge and skills in property management to excel in this role.
  • Current QLD Certificate of Registration: Possess a valid QLD Certificate of Registration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • A Current Driver's License: Maintain a current driver's license, enabling efficient travel between properties and offices.
