About the Job

The Senior Delivery Lead will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction. This involves collaborating with Solution Architects and account managers to align client objectives with CI&T's capabilities, leading QBRs and PMOs, and dedicating time to securing new engagements through proposals, presentations, and client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the successful delivery of complex projects, guaranteeing high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Client Engagement: Be the primary point of contact for clients, crafting strong relationships and translating needs into actionable delivery plans that deliver results.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Solution Architects and account managers to align client objectives with CI&T's capabilities.
  • Quality Assurance: Lead QBRs, PMOs, and related activities to ensure all milestones are met or exceeded.
  • Pre-Sales Activities: Dedicate time to securing new engagements through proposals, presentations, and client meetings.
  • Team Leadership & Coaching: Mentor and inspire project management teams, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Web/Digital Projects: Extensive experience with large-scale web and digital projects.
  • Data Engagements: Experience with data-related projects or end-to-end (web to data to cloud) engagements.
  • AI Engagements: Advocate for AI technologies with demonstrated experience in integrating AI solutions within client engagements.
  • Agile Development: Strong expertise in Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery seamlessly.
  • Technology Background: A solid technology background for efficient communication on technical aspects of projects.

Qualifications

You will need:

  • Experience: 10+ years in project delivery management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within consulting, technology, or a related industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field.
  • Location: Must be based in Sydney and available to work from both CI&T offices and client sites at least four times a week.
