Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of family strengths and needs to develop effective case plans.
- Provide intensive home visiting and intervention services to support families in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with other services and stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to family support.
- Document all work and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- At least 12 months experience working in child protection and family preservation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document complex information.
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Welfare, or Psychology, or related field.
- Current driver's license and willingness to use pool cars.
