Centre of Excellence Lead

Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead a team of experts in Product, Analytics and Data Science. This role involves developing and delivering a strategic pricing strategy, managing day-to-day interest rates across multiple products and overseeing the short, medium and long-term performance and profitability of the deposit product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of experts in Product, Analytics and Data Science
  • Develop and deliver a strategic pricing strategy
  • Manage day-to-day interest rates across multiple products
  • Oversee the short, medium and long-term performance and profitability of the deposit product portfolio by understanding and balancing all business levers (e.g. balances, pricing, risk, and cost to serve)

Requirements:

  • Ability to lead a diverse team and align their efforts with organisational goals
  • Strong analytical skills to drive P&L outcomes through pricing, market analysis, and interest rate management
  • Expertise in navigating regulatory requirements and managing compliance
  • Proficient in building and maintaining relationships across various business units and with external regulators
  • Experience in managing product portfolios, including pricing, risk management and market positioning
