About Your Role

We're expanding our team and seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join us in making a difference. You'll bring expertise, maturity, and strong time management and organisational skills to the role.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services
  • Evaluating participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical function and capacity
  • Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
  • Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance quality of life
  • Mentoring and nurturing early career clinicians
  • Staying aware of current legislation to ensure compliance
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Current general registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
  • A proactive attitude and interest in continually developing your skills
  • Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
