As a Speech Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment delivering speech services to clients across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner.
  • Deliver speech services to clients within schools, homes, and the local community.
  • Use clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and exercise physiologists.
  • Mentor graduates and early career clinicians (for senior clinicians).
Requirements:
  • Current certified practising membership with relevant professional bodies.
  • Experience as a Speech Therapist beyond graduation.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a varied caseload.
  • A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas.
  • A genuine passion for working in the health sector.
