About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantum Expert to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our quantum assessment and contract management team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support services in construction claims, litigation support, and commercial or contractual advisory services to HKA and its clients.

As a Quantum Expert, you will be accountable for leading and delivering commissions, ensuring commercial and quality outcomes, while strengthening client relationships. You will work closely with our top experts in quantum and delay, and have the opportunity to pursue a career path to become an acclaimed expert.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support services in construction claims, litigation support, and commercial or contractual advisory services
  • Lead and deliver commissions, ensuring commercial and quality outcomes
  • Work closely with our top experts in quantum and delay
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in construction industry experience, cost, quantum, expert, and claims assessment matters. You should have extensive experience working on claims, claims management, and cost analysis, preferably on international projects.

You should also have demonstrable experience in using quantum analysis principles and in prolongation, disruption, and general costs claims as part of claims submission processes. Additionally, you should be able to lead delivery initiatives and manage clients' expectations.
