Job Description

As Data Governance Manager, you will be responsible for developing best practice data governance and information management policies and procedures, leading improvements to data governance tooling and maturity. You will also lead the incubation of data governance processes, strategy, and roadmap, driving uplift in data management process maturity and adoption across the group.

This role involves defining and embedding best-of-breed data governance principles, policies, and standards. You will maintain enthusiasm throughout the business by actively working with technical teams to support their data management and data governance activities. This includes identifying and documenting critical data elements, data flow processes, datasets, and monitoring data quality.

You will work closely with cross-functional operations teams to identify common pain-points, areas of data improvement, and validate proposed solutions. We are looking for a seasoned leader with exceptional stakeholder management skills to take on this key role.
