As a rotational pharmacist, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in various pharmacy settings and access multidisciplinary services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medication Review and Dispensing: Conduct medication chart reviews and reconciliation, dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products.
  • Patient Care Coordination: Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stays, day infusions, and discharge.
  • Professional Relationships: Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Support and Education: Support patients, carers, hospital staff, and associated employees; educate and advise on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection, and proper medicine use.
