Oncology Pharmacists Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cancer specialist pharmacist to join our team. As a senior cancer specialist pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert clinical services to patients with complex cancer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and utilise your clinical skills to improve patient outcomes.
- Coordinate the supply of cancer therapy for hospital inpatients and day oncology unit patients.
- Perform medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation.
- Record clinical interventions.
- Build relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
- Educate and counsel staff, patients and allied health professionals.
Requirements:
- Valid AHPRA Pharmacist general registration with no restrictions.
- Minimum 2-year Pharmacist experience in Australia.
- Australian working rights, valid for at least 12-months from the date of employment.
