Activities Attendant Role Overview

Hamilton Island is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Activities Attendant to join our busy team at Palm Valley.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guests are briefed on activities and equipment usage, participating in day-to-day operations, taking bookings, payments, and upselling activity packages.

Key Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and efficient time management
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in safety briefings and a strong understanding of risk management
  • Willingness to work outdoors in a physical role
  • Driver License
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
