About You :
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or recognised equivalent
- AHPRA certification
- NDIS worker screen
- Working with Children Check
- National Drivers licence and insured vehicle
Position Summary :
As a Senior Occupational Therapist with Enabled Designs, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to clients and their families, working collaboratively with care teams to assess, set goals, develop solutions, provide interventions and evaluate client outcomes.
You will have the opportunity to identify and lead clinical and business-related continuous improvement activities, contributing towards the achievement of the company's vision and purpose.
In this role, you will also provide mentorship and supervision to therapy staff, taking a lead in the development of their skills and knowledge translation within the team.
