Empowering individuals with an injury, illness or disability to achieve work-readiness and secure employment is at the heart of this role. You will be working closely with people to identify their skills and secure suitable job opportunities.

This position forms part of our nationwide Employment Services Programs, based in Sydney. Our mission is to empower individuals in employment, independence and improved wellbeing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Source employment opportunities for job seekers and match them with their ideal roles
  • Work collaboratively with job seekers to identify their strengths and develop skills required for employment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both job seekers and employers alike
  • Provide training and support services to enhance job seekers' capacity for employment
  • Craft and implement joint employment plans tailored to each individual's needs

**Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A valid driver's license and insured vehicle
  • Willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check and a Working with Children Check
