The role of Senior HR Officer entails providing support and assistance to employees and managers with general HR-related matters, tasks, and responsibilities within a designated region.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar position for a multi-site business environment, possess intermediate computer skills, and exhibit excellent administration and communication abilities.
- Providing support and assistance to employees and managers with HR-related matters, tasks, and responsibilities.
- Preparing contracts and formal documentation, and liaising with managers and key stakeholders.
- Participating in the transition to an HR information system.
- Maintaining employee data in payroll systems.
- Engaging in disciplinary matters and performance management.
The successful candidate will be required to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities within prescribed timeframes, while maintaining a professional manner and appreciation for sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Support:
- Providing guidance and assistance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
Documentation and Liaison:
- Preparing and managing contracts and formal documentation.
- Liaising with managers and key stakeholders on HR-related matters.
System Maintenance:
- Maintaining employee data in payroll systems.
Disciplinary Matters:
- Engaging in disciplinary matters and performance management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role for a multi-site business environment.

- Able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities within prescribed timeframes.
