The Role: Head of Forest Regeneration

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our forest regeneration projects under the ACCU scheme's Human Induced Regeneration method.

You will oversee project design, modelling, compliance, and administration, ensuring alignment with environmental, social, financial, and commercial goals.

Key responsibilities include mentoring a small multidisciplinary team, managing workloads, setting priorities, and guiding the professional development of your team.

You will play a key role in strategic planning, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring project delivery aligns with organisational goals and evolving market demands.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A graduate qualification in environmental, engineering, or other relevant technical discipline
  • Minimum four years' experience in a project delivery role with relevant leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Human Induced Regeneration projects
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Understanding of project delivery principles, standards, practices, and frameworks
