Senior Project Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Leader to oversee the daily operations of our construction projects. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and be able to lead a team to deliver high-quality results.

Job Description:

  • Provide senior level support to project managers and teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, including financial and project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements
  • Lead and support junior team members to develop their skills and expertise
  • Liaise with clients and external stakeholders to provide regular progress reporting and solutions for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Economics
  • 10+ years experience as Construction Manager or Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Able to establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Dedicated commitment to health and safety
