
Coal Mine Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Mining Coordinator to lead our underground coal cut and flit mining and/or gateroad development projects. As a critical member of our project team, you'll drive delivery of safe and productive outcomes.
- With extensive experience in similar roles, you'll be well-equipped to manage crews, set positive examples, and assist in team development.
- A NSW Deputy qualification is essential, along with current S123/G2 Supervisory Statement of Attainments.
- Certificate IV Underground Coal Mining is desirable or a commitment to completing this study will be required.

- Must have successfully planned, managed, and delivered projects within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Has a very high regard for safety, with a deep understanding of statutory requirements.
- Can complete, analyse, and deliver reports in agreed timeframes.
- An advocate for continuous improvement and setting high standards of work.
- Experience coaching and mentoring crews.
