Luggage Trolley Collection Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
">- Collect and return luggage trolleys from various areas of the airport, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Skills and Qualifications- Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Physical ability to push multiple trolleys and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, and nights, weekdays and weekends.
- Ability to secure an Australian Security Identification Card (ASIC Card) to work at Australian Airports.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and full vaccination against COVID-19.
