Electrical Engineer Leader

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to drive the strategic vision of our electrical engineering practice. This role requires both technical excellence and strong leadership skills.

The successful candidate will mentor and guide multidisciplinary teams while building and maintaining client relationships at the highest levels. Key responsibilities include leading high-profile projects, developing innovative solutions, and representing our firm in client-facing engagements.

  • Project Leadership: Manage the design and execution of advanced electrical systems, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry best practices.
  • Innovation: Develop and implement cutting-edge technologies to address the unique needs of data centers, ensuring optimal performance in power distribution, lighting, and communication systems.
  • Mentorship: Guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Client Relationships: Represent our firm in client-facing engagements, offering expert advice and insights that contribute to project success and long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Recognized tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in Electrical Engineering within a consulting environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to the strategic direction of a business.
