We are looking for a talented HR Generalist to join our team at RINA Piraeus Team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting the overall operations of the Human Resources Division.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Employee Engagement & Recognition Programs: Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
  • HRIS and Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in managing the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Organization Structure Maintenance: Update job requirements and job descriptions to reflect changes in the organization.
  • HR Policy Guidance: Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company initiatives and organizational goals.
  • Employee Relations: Attend and actively participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance Management, or Economics.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in human resources.
  • Knowledge of relevant HR labor laws and regulatory requirements.
