About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Specialist to join our team at Perigon Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support for our Dynamics 365 Fin Ops system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the subject matter expert for D365 Fin Ops, providing guidance to stakeholders and end-users.
  • Identify areas for process improvement in finance and accounting operations.
  • Lead workshops for system improvement initiatives, collaborating with finance SMEs, technology teams, and external vendors.
  • Implement, configure, and maintain the ERP, ensuring data integrity and mapping complex finance structures.
  • Develop user guides and training programs, while troubleshooting and resolving finance-related system issues.
  • Support smaller supplementary finance-related systems.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or relevant disciplines.
  • Significant experience with D365 Fin Ops or Dynamics AX.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence a range of stakeholders.
  • The ability to prioritize a workload, meet deadlines, and drive project schedules.
