The Opportunity

Perigon Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial systems specialist to join our team in Brisbane. Our client is a reputable non-profit organisation undergoing exciting growth and development, including the recent upgrade of key finance systems.

The Role

This role will support the greater finance team in the support of key finance-related systems, with a primary focus on Dynamics 365 FinOps. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice to stakeholders and end-users on D365 FinOps
  • Identifying pain points and recommending process improvements in finance and accounting operations
  • Leading workshops for system improvement initiatives, collaborating with finance SMEs, technology teams, and external vendors
  • Implementing, configuring, and maintaining the ERP, ensuring data integrity and mapping complex finance structures
  • Developing user guides and training programs, while troubleshooting and resolving finance-related system issues
  • Supporting smaller supplementary finance-related systems
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or relevant disciplines
  • Experience working within a finance/accounting environment
  • Significant D365 FinOps or Dynamics AX experience
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to relate to and influence a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise a workload, meet deadlines, and drive project schedules
