Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of customer communication at Luxury Escapes. As a key member of our product team, you'll be responsible for designing and executing a customer-centric strategy that drives business growth and sets industry benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting Customer Solutions: Develop deep insights into customer needs and advocate for their interests to drive informed decision-making.
  • Leading Product Vision: Shape the direction of products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Managing the Product Lifecycle: Oversee the entire product development process, from research to launch, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Driving Business Growth: Set, measure, and optimize success metrics for products under your management, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, software engineering, and commercial leaders, to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Product Management Experience: Proven track record in product management and UX in a high-growth business environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, identify creative solutions, and implement effective change management strategies.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results through collaborative partnerships.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Passion for Innovation: A passion for building innovative products that delight customers and drive business success.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
