About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our MediaMonks' Platforms & MarTech Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving commercial success, and identifying opportunities to deliver value and excellent work for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the client relationship and provide strategic advice to drive business growth and success.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce high-quality work that meets client expectations.
  • Learn and understand our service offerings to best serve our clients' needs.
  • Partner with clients on briefs and direct client presentations to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide clients with solutions and recommendations, and collect client feedback to ensure it is reflected in revisions.
  • Communicate project requirements to project managers, producers, strategy, and creative teams to meet client expectations.
  • Manage all processes required to obtain client approvals, including scheduling key internal and external meetings.
  • Oversee the financial process, including managing MSA, SOW, estimation sheets, budgets, revenue tracking, and internal reporting, including Salesforce.
  • Liaise with the Legal Team on MSA, SOW, and other contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Understand and optimize account profitability, including forecasting and managing resources, while providing strategic guidance to senior account management.
  • Coordinate pitch processes to ensure collaboration across teams and timely submission of responses.
  • Prepare client documentation and secure input and review from impacted teams, as well as submission and review by legal.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally with experience working at a digital agency.
  • Experience with Enterprise Technology Solutions, such as Adobe, Salesforce, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale projects and programs, working with internal and external partners.
  • Self-starter who can operate in a constantly evolving team environment.
  • Seasoned at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • A knack for unraveling complex problems and processes in an easy-to-understand way.
  • High energy and go-getter attitude; comfortable meeting with clients and working autonomously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills with presentation development skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and a high level of business acumen.
  • Skilled communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including both professional and casual styles of communication.
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, or equivalent (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Proficient understanding of MSA, SOW, and other legal documents.
