Account Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Director to join our team at TBWA Melbourne. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that our agency meets the client's needs and works closely with all key functions to deliver high-quality output.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing client's local brand and communications strategy
- Managing financial project management and driving projects to completion
- Leading the Brand, Sponsorship & Model Line Marketing Team and Brand, Sponsorship and Model Line Comms team
- Coordinating and briefing internal teams, agencies, and rights holders
- Ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and communication across the organisation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years' experience in a similar agency role delivering on day-to-day client management
- A clear understanding of marketing communications and agency processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional organisation and ability to think critically
- Deep understanding of client's business and competitors
