Retail Security Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Security Strategist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the business and minimize stock loss through effective security measures and strategies. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency by reducing theft, fraud, and losses, fostering seamless collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing policies to enhance security and safety, investigating incidents, and cooperating with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with legislation
  • Managing inventory, investigating, and detecting potential issues
  • Overseeing security measures, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with legislation
  • Taking the lead in resolving inventory integrity issues
  • Maintaining accurate inventory reports
  • Monitoring areas for unusual activity and potential threats
  • Monitoring security systems, such as alarms and surveillance
  • Documenting theft and other violations of security
  • Protecting the company's people, bottom line, equipment, and merchandise

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Loss Prevention or security management in various retail environments
  • Previous Management experience
  • Understanding of criminal and civil law
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends
  • Proficiency in security systems and surveillance technology
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness
