Leadership Position:

The Head of Teaching and Learning is a senior academic leadership role that oversees the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to curriculum design, pedagogy, assessment, and student performance.

This position provides visionary academic leadership, fostering collaboration with key leaders to ensure cohesive learning experiences for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes academic strategies, focusing on curriculum design, contemporary teaching practices, and assessment frameworks

  • Designs and implements effective strategies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in education
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Hold or be eligible for Queensland teacher registration
