Supplier Relations and Training Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Supplier Relations and Training team. This role is responsible for providing technical training to internal and external stakeholders, creating new training content, and managing relationships with external service suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience in training and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical training to internal and external stakeholders
- Create new training content for NPI (New Product Introduction)
- Manage relationships with external service suppliers
- Conduct audits and evaluations of current external service suppliers for re-certification
- Facilitate technical service training and refresher training classes for Resmed employees, external service suppliers, and customers
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
