Facilities Services Manager

The role of a Facilities Administrator involves ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and maintenance services.
This includes handling helpdesk requests, assigning tasks to contractors and facilities managers, monitoring progress of open work orders, reviewing safety work method statements, and managing contractor compliance documents.
Key Responsibilities- Process helpdesk requests and allocate jobs to contractors and facilities managers.
- Monitor the status of open work orders to guarantee timely completion.
- Review and escalate non-compliance with safety work method statements.
- Manage and track contractor compliance documents and key milestones.
- Upload and maintain critical risk and operational documents.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communicator with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
- Interest in property, asset or facilities management.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using digital systems and Microsoft Office applications.
