As a skilled Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to older adults within the North Metro region.
You'll be responsible for providing a mix of home-based and site-based services for clients aged 65+ with various health conditions, accessing services through their Home Care Package (HCP) and Short Term Restorative Care (STRC) programs.
Our team delivers exceptional physiotherapy services to a diverse caseload of older adults, including both Home Care Package and STRC clients.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide physiotherapy services to a diverse caseload of older adults, including both HCP and STRC clients.
- Contribute to delivering high-quality physiotherapy services in Community Aged Care.
- Work independently and manage a caseload autonomously.
- A recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Experience working in the Community Aged Care sector with clients receiving services through their HCP and/or STRC program.
- Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice working with various health conditions in clients aged 65+.
