Event Coordinator Role

Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivery of competitions and events in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working with an established committee, preparing agendas, attending meetings, and taking minutes and actioning items resulting from meetings
  • Coordination of competition judging timetables, schedules, officials' documentation
  • Management of correspondence and records
  • Building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, stakeholders, and exhibitors
  • Effective time management
  • Genuine interest in Agricultural Competitions and Events
  • Demonstrated experience planning activities and projects to tight deadlines
