About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to support our team by setting up projects and contracts in MLA's systems. You'll play a key role in ensuring all client contracts are accurately administered and fully compliant with our internal policies and procedures.
Our ideal Senior Administrative Assistant:
- Is a pro-active team player that knows when to roll up your sleeves to get the work done
- Is customer centric and able to build trusted working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Has a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage (and prioritise) multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Is a quick learner and adaptable.
