X-Ray Imaging Specialist

The position of Radiographer is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality medical imaging services.
As a Radiographer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic examinations using X-ray equipment, ensuring accurate and efficient procedures that meet or exceed patient care standards.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing radiographic examinations using X-ray equipment
- Ensuring accurate and efficient procedures
- Providing exceptional patient care
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education and Training:A Bachelor of Applied Science Medical Radiations or equivalent recognised degree is required. Additionally, current registration with AHPRA and a current radiation use licence with DoH Victoria are essential.
Experience and Skills:Previous experience in radiography is desirable, particularly in CT imaging. Strong physical abilities and manual handling skills are also necessary for this role.
