Lead Imaging Specialist

About the Role:
- This position is responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing premium quality imaging services and patient care.
- Responsibilities include promoting the practice, liaising with healthcare providers, maintaining licensure and accreditation, managing teams, and developing revenue growth opportunities.
- The successful candidate will contribute to training programs, maintain a quality management program, and ensure continuous improvement within the practice.
You Will Have:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Tertiary qualifications in Radiography
- Knowledge of regulatory and statutory guidelines
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and lead a clinical team
- Decision making and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service ethic
- Collaborative team-based approach
- Professional and proactive relationship with attending radiologists and support staff
- High level of patient confidentiality and professional conduct
- Values-driven attitude
- Desirable experience in budget planning and implementation
