Lead Workshop Coordinator
\Job Overview
\We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy collision repair workshop.
\The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong ability to motivate and direct a high-performing team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all repairs meet the highest quality standards, while also driving efficiency and productivity in the workshop.
\Responsibilities
\- Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, including workflow management and staff supervision
- Ensure that all repairs meet quality and safety standards
- Develop and implement processes to improve workshop efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
\To be successful in this role, you will need:
\- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar leadership or management role in collision repair
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
