We're now hiring a Workshop/Production Manager to join our high-performing team at Gemini Mitchell.

About the Opportunity

As our next Production Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our busy collision repair workshop.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing repair methods and quality assurance
  • Ensuring estimates are followed and repairs meet high standards
  • Supporting the Centre Manager in leading and developing the production team
  • Driving workshop efficiency, safety, and team culture

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership or management role in collision repair
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organisational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
