We're hiring a Workshop/Production Manager to join our high-performing team at Gemini Mitchell.

What's the opportunity?

As our next Production Manager, you'll oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our busy collision repair workshop and lead the production team to drive efficiency, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee repair methods and quality assurance
  • Ensure estimates are followed and repairs meet high standards
  • Support the Centre Manager in leading and developing the production team
  • Drive workshop efficiency, safety, and team culture

What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership or management role in collision repair
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organisational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
