Lead the Future of Technology

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive innovation, security, and service excellence in our technology services.

  • This pivotal role oversees everything from cloud platforms and infrastructure to data governance, cybersecurity, and service desk operations.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and your team to drive strategic initiatives - including digital transformation, ITIL-based service excellence, and a security-first mindset.

About This Role

Your day might begin with a strategic stand-up with your leadership team, aligning on key priorities such as rolling out a new AI-driven data platform or refining the cybersecurity practices to meet ISO 27001 standards.

  • You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technology solutions are aligned with business needs.

Afternoons could involve reviewing service desk metrics, mentoring team leads or collaborating with vendors to optimise infrastructure costs.

Requirements
  1. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
  2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior IT management role.
  3. Significant experience in creating a strong customer service focus.
