Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert project management to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of initiatives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, reporting on key performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project success.
  • Implement the transformation strategy for Home Care services in alignment with leadership objectives.
  • Lead change management and adoption strategies for new workflows and practices.
  • Create data-driven reports to inform operational decisions and improve processes.
  • Oversee the successful rollout of changes within the operational team.
  • Prepare project plans, reports, business cases, and cost-benefit analyses.

About You:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager with a strong understanding of home care operations, including program management and workforce management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Home Care operational management or business project management within the aged care sector.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in managing complex operational projects as a delivery lead or project manager.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS applications, including Visio.
  • Strong understanding of Home Care Packages (HCP) and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).
  • Extensive experience in data-driven operational reporting and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with BI tools and client management systems (e.g., CareLink, MS Dynamics).

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
