Project Overview

The implementation of our strategic project, ElevateHR, aims to strengthen and modernize our People & Culture practices.

This is a hands-on role where you will deliver practical improvements to our P&C systems, processes, and documentation. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with best practice and the unique needs of aged care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking project work within agreed timeframes and scope.
  • Engaging stakeholders through surveys, workshops, and focus groups.
  • Developing updated policies, guides, and templates that are clear and easy to use.
  • Benchmarking improvements using NZ HR best practice.
  • Supporting communication and training to embed new processes across the organization.
